Product Introduction

       Zinc Oxide Arrester DC Parameter Tester is specifically designed to detect internal defects such as poor contact in the MOA valve of gapless zinc oxide arresters used in 10kV and below power systems. According to the provisions of section 14.2 in the "Preventive Test Code for Power Equipment" DL/T596-1996, power plants and substations should test the DC 1mA voltage (U1mA) and leakage current at 0.75 U1mA of metal oxide arresters before the thunderstorm season each year and when necessary.

       Based on field measurement requirements, our company has improved the instrument by organically integrating the DC high-voltage power supply, measurement, and control systems, reducing the instrument's size and weight. The operation is user-friendly, allowing remote measurement via a remote controller. In accordance with measurement regulations, the instrument has been enhanced with an automatic environmental temperature measurement function. It features a large-capacity memory that can store 50 sets of test data without loss during power failure. Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer, it significantly improves the printing speed of test results. It is an indispensable device for on-site inspection in power systems and zinc oxide arrester manufacturing plants.
